We face the Economy 3.0 – where Technology dictates how we engage and do business, where Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Finance 2.0 become mainstream and disrupt or enhance conventional business models.
The EU estimates that our economy can:
● Experience a 15 to 35% growth in performance when embedding diversity in the FinTech culture.
● Women in finance account for 25 % of workforce, in Tech for 15 % and in FinTech we experience the compound effect: 9 % women (FT.com).
The EU project “Women in the FinTech ecosystem” (which SFL are part of) confirms these numbers.
