Startup To Watch – SiteFlow -SaaS software that revolutionarily digitise your work

Recently, I watched and assessed pitches at the UPComing VC Challenge Day and 1 of them completely blew my mind. SiteFlow construction and maintenance companies operating on challenging sites and is so simple and useful that’s it’s hard to believe nobody implemented it before.

What is it and how it works?
SiteFlow is a platform that replaces documentation processes in oil &gas, special works, nuclear industries etc.. These areas are particularly dependent on procedures, step by step performed activities, signing off every single process that is completed and it’s kind of archaic way of working and documenting the work.

What kind of problem does it solve?
SiteFlow proposes to use alternative, entirely electronic system that reduces around 50% of total hours spent on documentation.
The software unleash the productivity, strengthen the quality processes and build the company’s Intelligence.

What is the Business Model?
They already have proven traction and paying customers that are extremely satisfied with the results. SiteFlow sells licences per users per year and they have already around 30 sold (current average price is 3’000 EUR).

What about Competition?
The competition on the market actually does not exist so the risk is quite low.

What is the market size?
The size of the market is around 36 bln and they are going to disrupt it very soon.

Who is in the team?
The last but by no means the least, the team has on hand experience in the field as well as in business. They are extremely passionate about the product and the way it helps people in their job.

They already partner with the following companies:

SiteFlow is now after the pre-seed round and they have strong vision to become market reference for methodology and quality. It’s so simple and useful solution that users already love so I truly see great potential in this initiative and exponential, global growth in the coming year. Also, if we think of adjusting system features and onboarding different businesses, the market becomes much bigger than 26 bln.
